We are a design-focused architecture studio based in

Thane

, working on active residential and commercial projects. We are looking for

experienced architects and architectural assistants

who are currently based in

Mumbai , Thane, navi Mumbai or nearby areas

and are comfortable with a full-time, office-based role.

This position is strictly on-site. Remote or outstation candidates will not be considered.

Open Positions:

Architect

- Minimum 2 years of experience (PURE ARCHITECTURE NO INTERIORS)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings from design development to execution stage Develop working drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and details Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams Attend site visits and resolve drawing-related queries Maintain accuracy and documentation standards
Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch preferred for Architect role) Minimum relevant professional experience as stated above Strong proficiency in

CAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion is an advantage Good understanding of construction drawings and site coordination Candidates must be based in

Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai

Ability to commute daily to

Thane office
