About the Role
We are seeking a
creative and motivated Architect
to join our growing team in Bhopal. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about architectural design and eager to work on exciting residential and commercial projects. If you have a strong design sense and enjoy both office and site work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and innovative design concepts
Work on residential and commercial architectural projects
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution
Conduct site visits and provide supervision when required
Ensure designs comply with local building bylaws and regulations
Prepare detailed working drawings and basic project documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) -
Mandatory
1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
- Mandatory
Knowledge of 3D software such as
SketchUp, Lumion, or similar
is an added advantage
Strong design skills with good attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
