Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced

Architect

to manage the planning, design, and execution of residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves architectural design development, coordination with consultants, site supervision, and ensuring projects are delivered as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, design sensibility, and practical site knowledge in real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning

Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and 3D views Develop designs in line with client requirements, budgets, and regulations Modify and update drawings as per site and client requirements

Project Coordination

Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors Review and approve drawings, materials, and specifications Ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams

Site Supervision & Execution

Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction as per approved drawings Resolve design-related site issues and provide technical guidance Monitor workmanship, material usage, and design compliance

Approvals & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, development rules, and safety norms Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from authorities Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Quality & Reporting

Ensure architectural quality and aesthetic standards are maintained Prepare progress reports and present updates to management Support management in planning and design decisions

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architect in real estate or construction projects Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building design Good understanding of construction methods and site execution Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software Knowledge of local building norms and approval processes
