We're looking for an architect who enjoys problem-solving, understands real site constraints, and can convert ideas into workable drawings. Someone who can balance creativity with practicality and deliver work on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views
Create detailed working drawings suitable for execution on site
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
Visit project sites to understand conditions and give workable solutions
Work closely with contractors and project managers during execution
Ensure designs follow building codes, bye-laws, and project requirements
Prepare BOQs, material specs, and presentation drawings when needed
Review and revise drawings based on client and management feedback
Required Skills
Strong command of AutoCAD
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion (any one is fine)
Good understanding of construction materials and methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
Clear communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum 2 years professional experience
