Job Description

Design Development

Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts in line with client requirements and site constraints.

Prepare schematic designs, conceptual layouts, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.

Ensure that design proposals reflect aesthetic appeal, practicality, and sustainability.

Prepare Drawings and Documentation

Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Coordinate preparation of submission drawings and ensure compliance with local bylaws and regulations.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for approvals, revisions, and design changes.

Coordinate with Team on Site

Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants to ensure design harmony.

Provide architectural support to site engineers and contractors during execution.

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design intent is maintained.

Coordination with Client

Engage with clients to understand project vision, preferences, and functional requirements.

Present design concepts and revisions for approvals.

Incorporate client feedback while balancing technical feasibility and design integrity.

Material Selection & Specification

Research and recommend materials, finishes, and fixtures suitable for design intent and budget.

Prepare material boards and coordinate with vendors for samples and quotations.

Ensure all specifications align with quality, durability, and sustainability standards.

Project Coordination and Execution Support

Work closely with the project management team for timely release of drawings and details.

Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and coordination with contractors during bidding and execution stages.

Review shop drawings and assist in resolving on-site design or coordination issues.

Quality, Compliance and Innovation

Ensure adherence to architectural standards, codes, and company design policies.

Promote innovative solutions in space planning, energy efficiency, and aesthetics.

Maintain awareness of current design trends, new technologies, and construction methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
