Technical proficiency:

Work with architectural software, primarily AutoCAD, for creating drawings. May also involve other design software like SketchUp or 3ds Max. Ensure designs comply with safety and accessibility standards.

Client and project management:

Consult with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Coordinate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors. Handle project-related tasks, including site coordination and client handling.

Material and finish selection:

Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for modular furniture projects. Ensure selections align with budget and design aesthetics.
Common qualifications

Education:

A diploma or degree in architecture or interior design is often required.

Experience:

Typically requires a few years of experience in designing modular furniture, with experience in modular kitchens being a plus.

Skills:
