Utkarsh Global Foundation is looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, coordination, and execution of projects while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans
Manage project schedules and ensure timely execution
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Review drawings and site progress to ensure quality and accuracy
Support project documentation and approvals
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices
Good communication and coordination skills
