Job Description

Lakhani Builders, one of the leading real estate developers in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of residential and commercial projects, ensuring architectural excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, layouts, working drawings, and 3D concepts

Coordinate with structural, MEP, liaisoning, and site execution teams

Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, regulations, and approvals

Review and approve drawings, materials, and finishes

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and design implementation

Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and budgets

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office

Strong knowledge of residential building design and execution

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
