We are in search of a talented Architect to perform all phases of architectural design work, including concept development, planning, detailed drawings and oversight during construction, supported by a strong background in large upscale projects. The role spans a wide range of assignments, from high-rise buildings and iconic residential towers to high-end luxury gated communities and expansive real estate developments. You will also gain exposure to aviation assignments such as private jet terminals, along with landscape architecture involving multi-acre sites, master planning and integrated outdoor environments.
The position offers opportunities to work on prestigious projects for leading brands such as Taj (IHCL Hotels), Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, Lemon Tree Premier Hotels, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and more.
Several of these projects span diverse regions across India, including landmark sites in hill terrains, coastal zones and major metropolitan hubs, along with international locations such as the USA, the Caribbean Islands, the Middle East, the Maldives, Seychelles and other destinations that require on-ground coordination during key stages of the work.

Responsibilities:
? Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
? Take the brief to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
? Develop ideas keeping in mind clients' needs, buildings usage and environmental impact
? Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
? Compile project specifications
? Keep within budgets and timelines
? Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
? Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Requirements:
? B. ARCH from a recognized institute, with 7+ yrs of working experience as an Architect.
? Proven experience working on large-scale luxury projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
? Utilize your excellent sketching skills to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively, both internally and with clients.
? Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
? Be proficient in using software such as AutoCAD (ACAD), Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and MS Office for design development, presentations, and project management. Proficiency in Revit and 3DS Max is optional but a plus.
? Create precise detailed drawings and specifications that guide the construction and execution of architectural designs.
? Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
? Visual awareness and an eye for detail
? Communication and project management skills
