Job Description

Develop

conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs

Prepare

working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation

Create

3D visualizations, presentations, and mood boards

Conduct

site visits, inspections, and resolve on-site design issues

Collaborate with

structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure

adherence to building bye-laws, codes, and regulatory approvals

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions Prepare

BOQs, material specifications, and tender documentation

Monitor

project progress, quality standards, and timelines

Use latest

design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative solutions


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
