Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare

concept designs, layouts, and working drawings

for residential and commercial projects Coordinate with

consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Ensure designs comply with

local building by-laws, DCR, and RERA norms

Prepare and submit drawings for

municipal approvals and sanctions

Review

site execution drawings

and support the construction team Monitor design changes and maintain

drawing revisions

Assist in

project planning, space optimization, and cost efficiency

Conduct

site visits

to ensure design implementation as per drawings
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
