Job Description

Job Title: Architect

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Salary Range - 25000 to 40000 Monthly

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and

interior concepts, design layouts, and working drawings

as per project requirements

Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using

AutoCAD

Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and Lumion (or similar rendering software)

Coordinate and follow up (catch-up) with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Assist in design presentations and client meetings

proper documentation and drawing records

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience in Lumion for 3D visualization and rendering

Strong coordination and follow-up (catch-up) skills

Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
