Job Description

Experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to review, coordinate, and approve civil and interior works drawings for factory, industrial buildings and office building . The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design compliance, constructability, and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review and vet civil, architectural, and interior drawings for factory, industrial and office buildings. Ensure drawings comply with approved design intent, statutory codes, safety norms, and project specifications. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and utility teams to resolve interface and clash issues. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to civil and interior works. Provide constructability inputs and value engineering suggestions to optimize cost, time, and quality. Support site teams during execution by issuing clarifications, design revisions, and approvals. Ensure compliance with industrial standards, fire safety norms, and local authority regulations. Participate in design review meetings with consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor adherence to approved drawings during construction and report deviations. Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and final documentation.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatory

Experience

Minimum

10 years of experience

in architectural design and execution support. Proven experience in

factory, industrial ,large commercial building projects

Strong background in

civil and interior works drawing review and coordination

.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and execution practices. Working knowledge of NBC, fire safety regulations, and local building by-laws. Experience coordinating with MEP and structural disciplines in industrial projects.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines. Attention to detail with a quality- and safety-focused approach.
