Role & Responsibilities

Assist in architectural design development for residential and commercial projects Prepare

concept drawings, presentation drawings, and working drawings

Develop detailed

AutoCAD drawings

as per design intent and statutory requirements Create

3D models and basic visualizations

using SketchUp Support senior architects in coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) Assist in preparing

client presentations and design documentation

Participate in site visits and assist with execution-related drawings and clarifications Maintain proper drawing records and revisions

Required Skills & Software

Proficiency in

AutoCAD (mandatory)

Working knowledge of

SketchUp

Basic knowledge of

Photoshop

for presentations Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

1-2 years of relevant professional experience
