We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in land acquisition, feasibility studies, and development planning. Our team works on identifying promising land parcels, evaluating development potential and transforming raw land into viable residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The role involves preparing conceptual designs, feasibility layouts, master plan options, and high-quality presentations that help guide acquisition decisions and project approvals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and excellent visualization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual layouts, master plans and design options for potential land parcels.
Prepare site feasibility drawings, including land use plans, access layouts and development of potential studies.
Create 3D visualizations and massing models using SketchUp.
Generate high-impact presentations for internal reviews, investor pitches and land acquisition proposals using advanced PowerPoint.
Produce rendering and visual imaginary using Lumion and enhance them through Photoshop.
Draft detailed plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD as needed for project documentation.
Collaborate with acquisition, legal, engineering and planning teams to support due diligence and design validation.
Ensure designs align with local zoning regulations, building codes and development guidelines.
Provide creative input to strengthen project concepts and improve land evaluation accuracy.
Knowledge of FSI calculations, DCPR & UDCPR.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or Masters in Architecture
3-5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in real estate, development or planning.
