Job Title: Architect

Experience: 3-10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and local regulations, with a specific focus on Maharashtra. The role involves providing expert advice and guidance on various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR).

Responsibilities:

Provide architectural consulting services for a variety of projects.
Review and analyze architectural plans and designs.
Ensure compliance with UDCPR and other relevant building codes and regulations in Maharashtra.
Prepare and review architectural renderings and presentations.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Offer solutions to design and construction challenges.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in architectural design and consulting.
In-depth knowledge of UDCPR and building regulations in Maharashtra.
Strong skills in creating architectural renderings, including facade design and rendering skills using V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be registered with the Maharashtra Council of Architecture.
