Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings
Support interior design team with design development, space planning & detailing
Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with drawings
Coordinate with contractors, vendors & project managers
Assist in 3D visualization, presentation drawings & design documentation
Develop BOQs, material specifications and technical details
Ensure compliance with design standards and project timelines
Collaborate with senior architects/designers on concept planning and design strategies
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory)
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3Ds Max (advantage)
Strong understanding of architectural detailing & materials
Creative approach + good technical accuracy
Ability to handle site coordination
Good communication & client interaction skills
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply
