About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Architect

to lead the design and coordination of

large-scale themed entertainment projects

-- including theme parks, amusement spaces, and experiential environments. The ideal candidate should combine

creative vision

with

technical precision

, guiding projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development from concept to detailed drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, construction). Prepare presentations, working drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications. Review designs for compliance, quality, and constructability. Manage multiple projects and mentor junior architects/designers. Participate in client presentations and on-site coordination meetings. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in themed architecture.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.

Experience:

7-10 years in architectural design (preferably in theme park, hospitality, or entertainment projects).

Skills:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion (or similar visualization tools). Strong conceptual, spatial, and technical design ability. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
