Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle space planning, prepare construction documents, coordinate with contractors, and manage the bidding process to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize space planning solutions aligned with client requirements and project goals.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, documents, and specifications in accordance with building codes and standards.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and manage the construction bid process, including preparing bid packages and evaluating proposals.

Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure timely completion.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor construction activities.

Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure design intent is maintained through all phases.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, documentation, and coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors and clients.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
