Create architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.
Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regularly.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and local regulations.
Visit site to review progress and ensure design is executed correctly.
Liason with local government authority for obtaining approvals.
