OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting and design documentation, with hands-on experience in hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. This role involves working closely with the design team to produce accurate drawings, ensure design intent is met, and support site coordination when required.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate with the design and project teams to translate concepts into accurate, executable plans. Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, local building codes, and standards. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to clarify design and facilitate implementation. Conduct site visits as needed to review execution and ensure design quality. Maintain organized drawing records and assist in revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential. Experience across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and design coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
