We are looking for a motivated and creative

Junior Architect

to join our dynamic team in

Pune

and

Nashik

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, a strong design sensibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and presentations. Support in creating 2D drawings, 3D models, and renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Conduct site visits and assist in site documentation and supervision (if required). Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors as required. Assist in preparing BOQs, material selections, and project reports. Ensure designs comply with local by-laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Revit & Lumion/Enscape knowledge is a plus). Good understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to work under the guidance of senior team members. Strong communication and presentation skills. Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Fresh graduates (0-1 year experience) are welcome to apply. Portfolio submission is mandatory during the interview process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
