Design Expertise

: Conceptual design, master planning, space planning, and integration of interiors with architecture.

Technical Knowledge

: Building codes, statutory approvals, sustainable/green design, and material innovation.

Project Leadership

: Coordinating with consultants (MEP, structural, interiors, landscape), contractors, and vendors.

Client Interaction

: Strong communication and presentation skills to interpret briefs and deliver bespoke design solutions.

Innovation

: Ability to merge global design trends with local context, culture, and climate-responsive solutions

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (B.Arch / M.Arch).

Added Advantage - Certification in Sustainable Design, Urban Design, or Hospitality/Retail Design.

Registration with Council of Architecture (CoA) or equivalent professional body.3 years of professional experience in design and execution of architecture projects, with at least 1 years in a senior/lead role.

Hands-on exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Software & Technical Proficiency:

Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.

3D Visualization & Rendering: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape.

BIM & Detailing: Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks (for coordination).

Presentation & Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Bonus - Knowledge of parametric design tools (Grasshopper), GIS, and VR/AR-based walkthroughs.

Market Adaptability:

Strong understanding of Indian construction practices, approvals, and sourcing landscape.

Ability to integrate international architectural styles with Indian market realities.

Bonus:

Prior work on boutique hotels, luxury residences, resorts, or lifestyle spaces.

Experience in design competitions, publications, or award-winning projects.

Proven ability to handle concept-to-construction delivery, from client brief to handover.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
