Role Description

- Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects.

- Work closely with the senior architects and design head to prepare layouts, 3D models, and working drawings.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution.

- Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

- Assist in preparing detailed design documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.

- Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

- Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies.

- Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters.

Qualifications

Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings Expertise in MEP, Structural, Architectural etc. . Drawings Strong creativity and design thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Proven experience in executing design projects Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Degree in Architecture, or related field
