Job Title:

Junior & Senior Architect

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the supervision of senior team members. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all phases of the architectural process.

Lead the design and execution of architectural projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and managing project teams effectively.

Responsibilities for Junior Architect:

Assist in creating architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts.
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
Participate in project meetings and client presentations.
Assist in producing construction documents and specifications.
Provide support in project coordination and site visits.

Responsibilities for Senior Architect:

Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Develop and present design proposals to clients.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
Review and approve construction documents and specifications.
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical and design issues.
Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹65,273.68 per month
