Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with

freshers to 2 years of professional experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural solutions, while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
2. Prepare

architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations using CAD, Sketchup & Lumion Vray etc

3. Work on project documentation, including working drawings, tender documents, and construction details.
4. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
5.

Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design.

6. Support senior architects in project planning, budgeting, and client meetings.
7. Ensure compliance with building codes, by-laws, and safety regulations.
8. Research materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions to enhance project quality.

Skills:

1.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Any other rendering software's

2. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
3. Good visualization and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
