Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Develop conceptual interior designs and detailed blueprints for new buildings, alterations, or entire complexes.

Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Use computer-aided design (CAD) and other software to create 2D and 3D models.

Technical & Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and local planning regulations.

Conduct feasibility studies and compile reports on environmental impact.

Research and select appropriate building materials and finishes.

On-Site Supervision:

Visit construction sites to review progress and ensure work is being executed according to the architectural plans.

Resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

Essential Skills

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit), 3D modelling, and a strong understanding of design principles.

Creativity:

Strong creative and visualization skills to develop innovative and appealing designs.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.

Project Management:

Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and adhere to deadlines and budgets.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of building codes, regulatory standards, and construction practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
