Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings using CAD/BIM tools.

Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Prepare feasibility studies, space planning, and design presentations.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project execution.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction challenges.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
