Job Description

u Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on - going projects.

u DCPR 2034.

u Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.

u Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.

u Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.

u Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.

u Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.

u Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.

u Site Visits once in a week.

u Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.

u Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
