Architect
with 1-3 years of hands-on experience and expertise in
3D rendering
to join our design studio.
Responsibilities:
Design architectural layouts for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Develop
3D visualizations, technical drawings, and design documentation
.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure proper execution of plans.
Make regular site visits for inspection, measurement, and progress tracking.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
Work with tools such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion
for rendering and presentations.
Candidate Requirements:
A
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
from a recognized institution.
1-3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
Must be proficient in 3D rendering tools like
SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion
, etc.
Ability to create accurate technical drawings and working layouts.
Strong knowledge of
space planning
, construction detailing, and project coordination.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
