Ensure all plans conform to applicable regulations such as:

Development Control Regulations (DCR)

Building Byelaws

National Building Code (NBC)

Environmental norms (if applicable)

Ensure updates and modifications to laws and regulations are incorporated into project planning.

Documentation & Submissions:

Prepare and submit architectural drawings and related documentation for approval.

Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and structural consultants to ensure all required documents are in place.

Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, and compliance reports.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise between architectural/design team, consultants, and government departments.

Provide regular updates to the project team and clients regarding approval status and risks.

lanning & Tracking:

Plan and schedule timelines for submission and approval processes.

Track the status of each approval and anticipate bottlenecks or delays.

Ensure timely renewals of approvals or NOCs if required.

- 3+ years of experience in architectural liaisoning with a proven track record in managing approvals for residential, & layout projects.

- Strong understanding of local building by-laws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and environmental compliance.

- Proficiency in BPMS, PRE DCR ,AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Secondary responsibility

Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and comply with zoning and building regulations.

Produce detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and material specifications.

Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
