Design and Planning:

Creating architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for various projects, including homes, offices, retail spaces, and other structures.

Coordination:

Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Compliance:

Ensuring designs and construction adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.

Project Management:

Managing projects from initial concept to completion, including overseeing construction progress, addressing issues, and ensuring quality control.

Technical Skills:

Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, drafting, and other technical skills to create and refine designs.

Problem-solving:

Addressing technical challenges and issues that may arise during the construction process.

Documentation:

Preparing detailed specifications, contracts, and other documentation for projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
