Architect/Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Architect/Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll manage service partner relationships, ensure successful delivery of service requests via Utec platform, and collaborate with internal teams and external design partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external design partners to ensure timely, high-quality design delivery

- Manage design delivery timelines, resources, and performance of design partners

- Conduct design audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing design partners

- Collaborate with the field team to identify and integrate suitable design partners into the Utec ecosystem

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

- 3-5 years of experience in design & planning from an architectural design firm or related industry

- Strong understanding of design, planning, architectural principles & design standards

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds max) and Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
