Develop architectural design concepts, drawings, and detailed plans as per project requirements.
Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Coordinate with clients to understand needs, design preferences, and functional requirements.
Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design accuracy during execution.
Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for construction and approval.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check quality, and ensure adherence to design standards.
Collaborate with the design and project teams for planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
Present design ideas, proposals, and revisions effectively to clients and management.
Stay updated with latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
