We are currently hiring for the following position with NSE/BSE listed leading real estate group engaged in luxury townships, malls and hotels.

Position: Architect (Manager/ Sr. Manager)

Desired Profile

:

B.Arch / M.Arch with 8-12 years of relevant experience with reputed real estate developers or architectural firms. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of local building codes, NBC, and DCR norms.

Job Profile:

This poition will serve as the crucial link between external design architects, consultants, and the internal project execution teams--ensuring design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle.

Act as the primary interface between the external design architect and internal project teams. Review architectural drawings and design deliverables for compliance with project brief, building codes, and feasibility. Coordinate inputs from structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants to ensure seamless design integration. Collaborate with project management and site execution teams to resolve design-related queries during construction. Review shop drawings, GFCs, and as-built drawings for accuracy and adherence to design intent Prepare and maintain design coordination reports, drawing registers, and revision logs. Ensure all design documentation meets company and statutory standards. Facilitate clear and proactive communication between architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
