Candidate Must Have Knowledge of Interior execution work. Can Prepare BOQ & Billing By The Drawings. Candidate Must Have well Behaved & Good in Communication, Hard Worker, Honest, Responsible, Punctuality of time & Disciplined. Candidate Must Have Knowledge of AutoCAD & 3D Max. we need minimum experience 2 to 5 years.

1. Project Discussions:

Different project discussions have to be had to keep the architect a part of all the meetings. These discussions include understanding the initial requirements of the client. A careful note must be made of the expectations of the project. The budget can be worked out based on the requirements of the client. Other discussions with the architect will include:

a. Limitations and potential of the site

b. Discussing the financial budget and targets

c. Different choice of site or building based on the requirement

d. Procedures planned and prepared are kept in line to make communication easier

2. Drawings:

The biggest role of an architect is to sketch designs for construction projects. They are experts at sketching and designing homes, offices, shopping malls, and more. They can also sketch the designs that the clients have visualized. All these sketches have to meet the needs and requirements of various construction laws depending on the area where the construction is taking place. Such regulations include fire regulations, building codes, building styles, structures of the construction location and pin codes.

3. Cost estimation:

Cost estimation is another important role of an architect. While working on the designs and understanding the different stages of the work, the architect can help make the budget of the project. In case, if the budget is not something that the client is ready to undertake, the architect can definitely warn them beforehand.

Supervision:

More than anything else, architects play a supervisory role in the overall construction of the project. Since it is their design, they know what exactly is required, what can go wrong and how to rectify it.
