Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Prepare construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Meet with clients to understand project needs and present design proposals.
Review construction progress through site visits and resolve technical or design-related issues.
Ensure that project timelines, budget targets, and quality standards are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with BIM processes.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Architecture license or progress toward licensure (optional based on role).
