Position: Architect Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2-5 years in architecture, real estate, or construction Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs, layouts & working drawings Create 3D visualizations & presentation drawings Collaborate with consultants, contractors & project teams Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations Oversee space planning, material selection & design optimization Work closely with site engineers for execution & quality control Provide technical expertise & design solutions for ongoing projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop & Revit Strong design & technical skills with attention to detail In-depth knowledge of municipal approvals, UDCPR & DCR Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines Build a rewarding career with Lakhani Builders and work on landmark projects!
