Responsibilities
Develop
2D drawings and layouts
for lighting design projects using
AutoCAD
.
Collaborate with lighting designers, architects, and interior designers to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
Maintain drawing standards and adhere to project specifications and design guidelines.
Incorporate lighting specifications, equipment details, and installation layouts into drawings.
Prepare presentations of drawings and design layouts
for meetings with clients, teammates, and stakeholders.
Maintain and organize design files, drawings, and project documents.
Produce drawings for site installations and as-built documents.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Interior Design
,
Architecture
, or a related field.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(2D) and experience creating technical drawings.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings.
Attention to detail and precision in drafting.
Ability to read and interpret design specifications and drawings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A basic understanding of lighting design and its application is an advantage.
