Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed plans. Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D views as per project requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and basic estimates. Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws and regulations. Conduct site visits and coordinate for execution as per drawings. Assist in approvals and documentation if required. Handle multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.). Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Photoshop (preferred). Good understanding of construction materials and techniques. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary:

As per industry standards / Based on experience.
