Job Summary
Capkon Landmark Developers is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and support the execution of apartment and multi-family residential projects. The Architect will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design intent and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs and drawings for apartment and residential developments
Develop concept designs, layout plans, working drawings, and construction documents
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and approval requirements
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants
Support project approvals with local authorities and statutory bodies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
0-3 years of experience in apartment or residential building projects
Experience working with real estate developers is preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
