Job Title: Architect Location: Kozhikode Reports to: Principal Consultant Experience: 1+ years in architectural design and project coordination. Even freshers can apply. Qualification: B.Arch (Master's in Architecture or Urban Design preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and coordination of multiple architectural projects simultaneously. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure creative, functional, and regulatory-compliant solutions are delivered within deadlines and budgets. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept through execution and completion Develop innovative design concepts, masterplans, and detailed architectural drawings Prepare and present design proposals, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants for integrated project delivery Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, zoning laws, and building regulations Liaise with clients, contractors, and statutory bodies for design approvals and site coordination Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality, adherence to design intent, and issue resolution Collaborate with the project management team on timelines, cost estimates, and material choices Review and refine shop drawings, GFCs, and construction documents Manage revisions, design changes, and ensure timely documentation updates Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices --- Required Skills & Competencies: Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion/V-Ray, and MS Office Experience in preparing DPRs, presentation decks, and client pitch materials Sound knowledge of NBC, local development rules (e.g., KMBR, KPBR), and statutory requirements Excellent communication, client-facing, and coordination abilities Ability to handle multiple projects and manage design deadlines effectively Team player with problem-solving attitude and time management skills
