Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Registered with Council of Architecture (COA), India Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (Lumion/Photoshop is an advantage) Strong design, planning, and visualization skills Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and bylaws Excellent communication and coordination skills

Prepare architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings Develop working drawings and construction documents Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and approval norms Attend client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality Support project teams during execution and resolve design-related issues Prepare presentation drawings and material specifications Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permits Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks
