Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project support
Proven ability to develop architectural design projects from initial concept, schematic design, and further detailed development stages
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, with the ability to prepare accurate working drawings and construction documents
Proficiency in MS Office and architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools
Sound knowledge of building codes, local authority regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
Strong creative thinking, design sensibility, and visualization skills, with attention to detail and aesthetics
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and site engineers to achieve project goals
