Role Overview
We are looking for an
Architect
to support homeowners in their home-building journey. You will clarify their doubts, guide them with the right information, and ensure they have a smooth experience with Koloapp.
Key Responsibilities
Advise customers throughout their home building journey and clarify doubts
Handle multiple clients with different requirements and suggest the right solutions
Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences
Prepare simple, clear reports to improve customer experience
Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs
Coordinate with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations
Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and client support
Plan and manage site visits to help achieve conversion targets
Requirements
Education: Degree in
Architecture
(preferred)
4 years of experience
in the home construction/interior industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in understanding customer requirements and giving practical solutions
Passion for home design, quality work, and customer satisfaction
