Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and creative Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and specifications Develop concept designs and detailed working drawings Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and approvals Supervise site execution and monitor construction progress Review contractor drawings, materials, and work quality Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance Manage documentation, approvals, and project reports Ensure cost-effective and sustainable design solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture ( B.Arch / M.Arch ) Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India Minimum 1

- 5 years

of relevant experience (preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulations Strong design, planning, and communication skills
