Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specifications for projects.
Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models as required.
Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory norms, and safety regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.
Review and approve material selections, finishes, and design modifications.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and design-related reports.
Manage design changes and resolve technical issues during execution.
Support project planning, timelines, and cost control.
