Job Description

The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and executing building projects from concept to completion. The role ensures functional, efficient, safe, and sustainable structures while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and execution units to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. o Prepare 2D/3D designs, presentations, and technical documentation. o Ensure designs meet functional, structural, and regulatory standards. o Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams for seamless execution. o Conduct site evaluations, collect requirements, and translate them into design solutions. o Review material specifications, cost considerations, and timelines. o Oversee design revisions, quality checks, and final approvals. o Stay updated on modern design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative building methods.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. o 2-4 years of professional architectural experience. o Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools. o Ability to create detailed drawings and practical design solutions. o Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. o Excellent coordination, communication, and project-handling skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹53,788.53 per month
