About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect with

1-2 years of professional experience

to join our growing design team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering thoughtful, context-driven architectural solutions and capable of contributing to projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. Prepare presentation materials, 3D models, and visualizations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during various project stages. Conduct site visits, document progress, and support project management tasks. Ensure design accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of project deliverables. Participate in client meetings and contribute to design discussions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

1-2 years of architectural experience

in a professional studio environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design tools. Strong visualization, conceptualization, and technical drawing skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

Experience in residential and commercial design projects. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local building regulations. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong design portfolio.
