We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to our upcoming landmark projects.

Role: Architect

Location: Trivandrum

Department: Projects

Experience: 3-5 years (Multi Storage Construction / Real Estate preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning

Create conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.

Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, layouts, and design presentations.

Ensure designs comply with functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.

Government Approvals & Compliance

Prepare drawings and documents required for:

Building permit approvals

Fire & safety approvals

Pollution control board submissions

RERA documentation

Municipal/Corporation submissions

Coordinate with Government authorities, consultants & liaison teams to ensure timely approval of plans.

Technical Coordination

Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams to align drawings with site requirements.

Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure accuracy.

Prepare revision drawings and update changes as per site or management inputs.

Site Support & Quality Checks

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.

Ensure work executed on site matches approved drawings.

Identify design issues and provide quick technical solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain version control of drawings and documentation.

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical schedules.

Support PMO and management with reports and drawing logs.

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

Excellent knowledge of Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR) & approval procedures.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Problem-solving attitude and team coordination ability.

Qualifications

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university.

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
